Privacy notice

This notice explains what I do with your details when you use this website or get in touch with me.

Who I am

I'm Lina and I run The Design Cavalry. The company number is 17114306. The registered office is 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.

If you have a question about your details, email me at info@thedesigncavalry.com or call me on 07397 878956.

What I collect

• What you type into the call back form: your name, phone number, email, the area you cover and your message.
• Anything you send me by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Why I use it

I use your details to call you back, answer your questions and, if we work together, build your website.

The law says I need a good reason to use your details. My reasons are:

• You asked me to get in touch. This is a step before we might agree to work together.
• I need to run my business, for example by keeping track of who I've spoken to. The law calls this "legitimate interests".

Who else sees it

• Webflow hosts this website and stores the messages you send through the form.
• My email provider stores the emails we send each other.

I never sell your details.

How long I keep it

• If we don't work together, I delete your details within 12 months.
• If we do work together, I keep records for as long as the law says I must for tax. This is usually 6 years.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask me to:

• show you the details I hold about you
• correct anything that's wrong
• delete your details
• stop using your details

Just email me at info@thedesigncavalry.com.

If you're not happy with how I've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
